KBRZ is aiming to provide investors with opportunities to enter specific Australian real estate development projects.
KBRZ Capital has extremely deep insights and understandings of the Australian real estate market, and therefore we are able to explore premium investment projects for investors. The fund management side will strictly assess every project and therefore ensuring projects to meet our investment fund standards.
This fund is the investment management project aiming for large investors. All the investment from investor will form capital pool. The fund management side will utilize these capital to invest and manage the funds for the investors. This means that the investor can access specific investment projects with lower transaction fees and also receiving professional advices from the fund manager. As the fund management side, we will try our best to ensure the operation of the funds.
Fund management side will use the price of the smallest unit of the fund as a basis for calculation, and deploy the fund asset to real estate development related loans.
In the process of fund operation, we will constantly assess the debtors to ensure their final repayment abilities.
Investment summary
Usually, this fund will aim to invest the fund asset into Australian first or second mortgages and bridging loans and this also requires borrowers to have mortgages valuing about 120%-150% of the loan. The management of the fund mainly built on the investment of the Australian high profit enterprise and real estate development companies. When the fund managers make investment decisions, we will closely monitor the company’s financial, operating and management performance to assess whether this growth will continue.
